Join us at La Cotte for an intimate Winter Tales evening – a night of story, flavour, and connection.
Our guest speaker, Dr Steve Boyes, will be sharing “Great Spine of Africa” –A story of hope for Africa through exploration and discovery. A major , multi-year series of scientific expeditions led by Dr Steve Boyles (supported by Rolex Perpetual Planet initiative) to document and protect the vital watershed, and river basins of the Okavango, Congo Nile and Zambezi that sustain nearly half a billion people along with vital ecosystems. His harrowing expeditions, in a dugout canoe, on a bicycle and on foot are shared with us and are bound to keep you riveted to your chair.
Expect an evening of thoughtful conversation, insight, and inspiration beside the warmth of our winter fires.
The talk will be followed by a 3-course dinner in the La Cotte Restaurant, thoughtfully curated to complement the mood of the evening and the season.
