Our guest speaker, Tony Leon, will be sharing “Being There” – Tony Leon renowned politician, ambassador, and author who has been instrumental in shaping the course of South African politics with Nelson Mandela and FW de Klerk and later Jacob Zuma, as he led the Democratic Alliance to become the official opposition in a democratic South Africa. Defined as a “political prize fighter” he will provide robust opinion and share fascinating first-hand experiences on the South African political playing field.
Expect an evening of thoughtful conversation, insight, and inspiration beside the warmth of our winter fires.
The talk will be followed by a 3-course dinner in the La Cotte Restaurant, thoughtfully curated to complement the mood of the evening and the season.
